Mediastinal Myeloid Sarcoma is a rare entity. Here we present case of 28-year-old gentleman, who first presented with mediastinal mass and was clinically considered lymphoblastic lymphoma. He diagnosed initially as having T lymphoma on trucut biopsy. After one month patient Acute myeloid leukemia peripheral smear bone marrow examination confirmed the help flow cytometry.
